I realized my inclination towards art and music when I was a child. In my primary school years, this predisposition in music lessons gradually evolved into a field of special interest. First I tried various instruments and met the guitar when I was thirteen. I learned many songs in pop, rock, metal, instrumental guitar music and fusion genres. When I came to high school, I entered a circle of musicians in Sakarya, laying the foundations of my friendship ties and improving my level in music.
When I was about to graduate from Sakarya Atatürk High School, I became curious about jazz music and started to eliminate my ignorance on subjects such as harmony, theory, jazz history and literature. After my high school graduation, I learned that Hacettepe University opened a jazz department and I started to study according to the interview exam principles. In 2010, I was accepted to Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Jazz Department. In addition to the five years of education I received at the conservatory, I gained significant experience in subjects such as lectures, workshops, concerts, jazz festivals, jazz camps, overseas collective projects, and project management. I became a student of masters such as Emre Kartarı, George 'Skip' Gailes and Howard Curtis.
After my graduation (2015), I was accepted to İzmir Yaşar University Faculty of Art and Design graduate program with a full scholarship. While studying at the music department, I took courses that would improve my visual perception such as literature, art and film analysis in society. When I bought my first analog camera, this time I bought a visual instrument, and as I learned the guitar, I started to develop photography with my own efforts. At the same time, I would like to express my gratitude towards my friends who have helped me learn something.
In 2016, I moved back to Ankara and started to teach jazz guitar, improvisation and group music lessons in the school where I was a student. In this process, I took the stage in various cities of Turkey and participated in interactive projects.
The contents I have produced recently can be interpreted as monolithic visual and auditory expressions.
